Description
Construction
The building is built with a reinforced concrete structure with slabs and walls that ensure high stability and earthquake resistance.
Internal partition walls are constructed of plasterboard with mineral wool.
The roof is flat, thermally insulated, and waterproofed with TPO membrane — partly walkable, partly non-walkable.
Facade and energy efficiency
The facade uses an ETICS system with 10 cm thermal insulation (EPS/MW) and a silicone decorative plaster finish.
External PVC joinery with triple-glazed insulating glass and aluminum shutters further enhances energy efficiency.
Interior finishes
Floors: Finished three-layer parquet (14 mm) in living rooms and bedrooms.
Interior woodwork: Smooth white doors, 230 cm in height.
Finishes: Walls are skimmed and painted; bathrooms fully tiled to the ceiling.
Entrance doors: Security doors with additional sound insulation and a modern 3D panel.
Sanitary equipment
High-quality bathroom fixtures include a walk-in shower with screen, sink with cabinet and mirror, wall-mounted toilet with concealed cistern, and an electric water heater.
Heating, cooling and ventilation
Apartments are equipped with multi-split air conditioning units (living room + all bedrooms). Bathrooms have electric underfloor heating. Ventilation in sanitary areas is via bathroom fan; kitchen includes connection for a range hood.
Electrical installations and equipment
Each apartment has its own electrical meter (connection power from 5.75 kW to 7.36 kW depending on apartment size).
